Planning
This is the beginning of any project. It is where you have ideas and want to investigate what to do, You call me, explain what your ideas are. With my experience I will be able to guide you through the local building codes and what your parameters are. I then go down to the local planning office for you and see if this idea meets all applicable Planning guide Lines. If it meets guidelines, then we go to design and engineering phase
Designing
We can design your project from start to finish
incorporating all of your ideas in to reality. We bring years of experience to the table which can absolutely make your project ideas shine with confidence. So, if you have a basic idea of what you want to accomplish, let me help you add the construction idea portion to your theme and it will increase your minds possibility's of what the overall picture might be. Permit Acquisition
After working with our draftsman, and a completed design is achieved, we then have the structural engineer draw up his portion of the project, along with structural calculations that are required. You then are ready for the permit process. My company has worked very sucessfully with most local building depts and can help expedite your permit process and in a large portion of instances it can be done "over the counter", depending on size and scope of project.

We help you get your project engineered from licensed Structural engineers that are very adept in their field, We have developed a long term working relationship with a variety of licensed engineers whom have knowledge, design experience, and vision. They are always available to help your project come to life and answer any questions you might have.
